Assessin ("we", "our", "us"), a product of Thrdream LLP, operates the Assessin web application (assessin.in). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Account Information: When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not access your password.

Uploaded Answers: Handwritten answer images you upload for evaluation. These are processed by our AI and are not shared externally.

Evaluation Data: AI-generated scores, feedback, and analytics based on your uploaded answers, stored securely in your account.

Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, evaluation counts, streak data, and badges earned — used to improve your experience.

7. Data Retention

8. Payments, Refunds & Scholar Reward

No Refunds: All subscription fees paid to Assessin are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including partial-use or early cancellation.

Scholar Reward: Users who successfully complete the Assessin Scholar Programme are eligible for a reward of 50% of the original payment. This reward is not a refund — it is an incentive given back to scholars who fulfil the programme requirements. The reward is credited after verification of programme completion and is subject to the terms of the Scholar Programme.

Yearly Plan: The Scholar Programme is available exclusively on the yearly subscription plan.
